Rising Career Women

Who we work with:

If you are a rising career woman who is on a journey to achieve financial independence, we can help you. Whether you’re just starting out in your career and navigating your 401k, managing your job and starting a family, or looking to buy your first home, we meet you where you’re at. Our process includes evaluating your goals, assets, liabilities and cash flow to develop a personalized plan and then provide ongoing support to help you achieve your goals.

Why it’s important to build a plan and implement:

After working with women and observing their financial habits over the past 30 years, we have observed the following challenges career women face when juggling work, families and financial obligations. Some women may:

  • Put their money in the hands of a friend or relative because their work keeps them too busy to think about an investment strategy.

  • Try to run their career during the day and be a "Day Trader" at night, without any plan or goal in mind.

  • Make decisions about money and property (like selling a home or relocating for their career) without insight into the longer term financial impact.

  • Make decisions alone, without input on debt, taxes, retirement and other important considerations.

  • Rely on their employer to provide a sound, properly funded retirement plan.

Financial planning is one of the most critical investments you can make into yourself, your future, and your family — however it’s often the most neglected due to time constraints, complicated jargon, and the uncertainty around planning.

We are here to support you and to make financial planning: transparent and digestible, simple to implement and easy to track your progress over time.

How it works:

STAGE 1
Over the course of two meetings, we’ll go through your existing assets, debts and financial goals. This will result in a financial plan that provides clarity around savings, investment and spending targets to achieve your goals.

STAGE 2
Once we have an initial plan, our team is here to support you every step of the way. We will implement the plan through: reorganizing your investments, set up savings plans and introduce you to professional service providers as needed. We’ll meet twice a year for ongoing updates, investment and tax planning and ad hoc calls depending on your progress.
